What exists

On 9 October 2026 the casino menu had a "Players' Club" and an "Elite Club", and the sportsbook menu a "Loyalty Club". The casino home page promoted "the new rewards programme" with the message that every bet brings you closer to the next reward. Three labels appear on the games: XP, cashback and rakeback.

The Help Centre has a Rewards section with separate guides for sport, casino and poker and Loyalty Club FAQs. The exact rules are there. We do not reproduce them, because they change.

The three terms in plain words

What a rewards programme is worth

An example with hypothetical rates: on a slot with 96% RTP, every €1,000 staked costs €40 on average. If rakeback is 0.5%, it returns €5. The programme cuts the cost from €40 to €35; it does not remove it.

Cashback on losses works the same way: 10% cashback on a €200 loss returns €20, and the loss is still €180.

When it makes sense

• If you play the same amounts anyway, the rewards are a small discount.
• If you stake more to climb a level, you pay more than you get.
• A level that "expires" unless you play is pressure, not a benefit.

Tournaments and missions

The casino promoted provider missions, with one mission a day for three days. BetMarket also reports bet builder tournaments with prizes of up to €500 and a Combo Bonus on accumulators. The same logic applies: they are worth it only for play you would have done anyway.
