The Help Centre
help.netbet.gr is in Greek and has search and eight sections: Payments, My Account, Rewards, Game Guide, Responsible Gaming, Terms and Conditions, Contact and About Us. The popular searches it shows are "Withdrawals", "Rewards" and "Deposits".
The request form asks for an email, a subject and a description, and accepts attachments. It needs no login, so it works even when you cannot get into your account.
How to get a useful answer
- Search the Help Centre first. Most questions on payments and verification are answered there.
- Write the request in one paragraph, with dates, amounts and the transaction number.
- For anything about money, use the form or email, so there is a record.
- If you write after midnight, the answer will come in the morning.
Limits and self-exclusion
As an HGC-licensed operator, NetBet must offer deposit, time and loss limits and self-exclusion. The Help Centre also has a self-assessment test. See the responsible gambling page.
If support does not solve the problem
- Ask for a written answer with the reasons for the decision.
- Gather chats, transaction receipts and the terms that applied.
- File a complaint with the HGC, which supervises the operator.
That third step does not exist for casinos without a Greek licence.
